Terintambwe — Ikimina Management System in Rwanda
Terintambwe is an Ikimina Management System in Rwanda designed for savings groups to manage contributions, loans, guarantor workflows, repayments, fines, payouts, investments, payroll, receipts, automated reminders and financial reports in one secure and transparent platform. Each Circle chooses either a monthly or weekly regular contribution plan during Circle creation.

To reduce dependence on manual books and scattered records, strengthen transparency and accountability, and give each Circle a structured way to manage savings, loans, earnings and member transactions.

Requirements to access the system
- 1 Registered account: your user account must be created and activated for the platform.
- 2 Active Circle membership: you must belong to an active Circle before you can view or perform Circle activities.
- 3 Valid login credentials: use the username and password assigned to your account.
- 4 Role permission: available functions depend on whether you are a Member, Co-admin or Admin.
